At Mandala Scrubs, we want you to feel confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures you can get back to your shift in comfort as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of any marks or pet hair.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
